Summary of Baking Class

I had attended 2 baking classes @ 2 different places. But, I think the 1st class can't be called baking because we didn't bake.. same also with the 2nd class..only demoing by the chef.

Class 1 : Chocolate Lover's @ Bread Story

• Strawberry dip with chocolate. (suitable for hantaran)

Hantaran from Dato K to Dato Ct

• Marshmallow Chocolate Fondant. (suitable for birthday party ~ kids will love it)
  
• Chocolate Nut Making. (also suitable for hantaran ~ home made chocolate)

Class 2 : Cake @ Vanilla Pastri

• White & Dark Chocolate Topping & Filling *
• Chocolate Indulgence *
• Chocolate Banana *
• Chocolate Walnut *
• Chocolate Fudge * (recipe je..chef xsempat nak demo)
